Our online community provides a confidential and safe space for you to share your experiences, offer advice and pass on any tips for others! We understand that there are questions you may want to ask that maybe difficult or emotional, and our friendly online community is the place to start.
One to one support consultation
Our one to one sessions are an opportunity to talk to one of our trained Sophie’s Stars volunteers.
At Sophie’s Stars we understand that your emotions can be forgotten about when supporting the people you love through cancer. They can be forgotten by you, and by others around you. We also understand that you need to acknowledge and address your emotions to help you continue providing the support your loved ones need. Our Sophie’s Stars volunteers are here to listen, and provide you with practical and emotional support.
Our one to one support consultations are free of charge, confidential and take place over the telephone or zoom. Please be advised that our volunteers are not trained counsellors, they all have experience in supporting a loved one through cancer.
